This policy describes how CYBERSIDE.AI LLC ("CYBERSIDE.AI," "we," "us") handles information collected through cyberside.ai, including member accounts and paid subscriptions.
Information you choose to provide
We may receive information you submit through contact, newsletter, account, support, or membership forms, such as your email address, name, message, and account identifiers. Do not submit passwords, full payment-card numbers, card security codes, health information, government identifiers, or other sensitive information through general contact forms.
Technical information
Our hosting provider may process ordinary server logs such as IP address, browser/device information, requested URLs, timestamps, and security events. We also use essential cookies or session identifiers required to secure account and member areas.
How we use information
- Provide, authenticate, and secure member accounts and paid features.
- Respond to requests and deliver account, verification, password-reset, billing, and service communications.
- Prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and maintain service reliability.
- Manage subscriptions, entitlements, cancellations, payment-status changes, and customer support.
Payments and Stripe
Paid subscription checkout and billing are processed by Stripe. CYBERSIDE.AI does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers or card security codes on its own servers. To operate memberships, we may store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, selected plan information, subscription status, billing-period dates, cancellation status, and related event records. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy and terms.
Transactional email
CYBERSIDE.AI sends operational account messages such as email verification, password-reset, billing, cancellation, and payment-status notifications using authenticated email systems associated with the cyberside.ai domain. These messages are part of providing and securing your account and are separate from optional marketing newsletters.
AI tools and third-party links
CYBERSIDE.AI discusses and links to third-party AI products. If you follow those links or enter information into those products, their privacy policies—not this policy—govern that processing. Review the exact product tier and data terms before entering confidential or regulated information.
Newsletter
When you subscribe to optional marketing or newsletter communications, we use your email address to send the communications you requested. Marketing messages should include an unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribing from marketing messages does not necessarily stop essential account, security, or billing communications.
Member accounts
Member authentication uses server-side account records and sessions. Account information may include email verification state, password hashes, membership status, entitlements, and security or audit records needed to operate the service. Passwords are not stored in plain text.
Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, security, dispute resolution, legal obligations, accounting, and legitimate business records. No online service can promise absolute security; we use reasonable safeguards and limit access to administrative information.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of information you provided, subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or contractual requirements. Newsletter recipients may unsubscribe using the mechanism provided in marketing messages. Subscription billing can be managed from the customer billing portal linked from your CYBERSIDE account.
Children
CYBERSIDE.AI is intended for a general adult/business audience and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site, laws, or service providers change. The effective date above indicates the current version.
