These Terms of Use govern access to cyberside.ai and CYBERSIDE.AI content, accounts, and paid memberships. Paid membership terms are also subject to the pricing and cancellation disclosures presented at checkout and in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Educational and informational content
CYBERSIDE.AI provides educational information, prompts, playbooks, software examples, comparisons, and implementation ideas. Content is not legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice. Verify high-stakes decisions with qualified professionals and authoritative sources.
AI output and third-party products
AI systems can generate inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsafe output. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and complying with the terms, privacy policies, licenses, and laws applicable to third-party tools you choose to use.
Your use of the site
You agree not to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, probe private or administrative areas without authorization, misuse accounts, scrape at abusive rates, introduce malware, or use the site to violate law or the rights of others.
Accounts and paid access
Paid access is personal to the authorized account unless a plan expressly allows multiple users. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. CYBERSIDE.AI may suspend or restrict access for misuse, security risk, fraud, or nonpayment.
Subscriptions, recurring billing, and renewal
CYBERSIDE Premium and CYBERSIDE Business are recurring subscription plans offered on monthly or annual billing intervals. The price and billing interval selected at checkout are charged through Stripe and renew automatically at the same interval until canceled. Current standard pricing is shown on the Pricing page and in Stripe Checkout before purchase.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to the payment method associated with your Stripe billing profile until the subscription is canceled.
Cancellation
You may cancel future renewal through the CYBERSIDE account billing portal. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You retain paid access through that period, and no further recurring charge is scheduled after cancellation takes effect.
Failed payments and 14-day grace period
If a recurring subscription payment fails, CYBERSIDE.AI may place the membership in a past-due status. Paid access is normally maintained for a 14-day grace period beginning with the first failed subscription payment. During that period, you can update the payment method through the billing portal. If payment is successfully recovered during the grace period, normal active status is restored. If payment remains unresolved after the grace period, paid access may be suspended or reduced until the account is brought current.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal but does not automatically create a refund for amounts already charged.
One-time services
Consulting, implementation, custom development, training, or other one-time services may be governed by separate scopes, statements of work, estimates, invoices, or written terms. Those service-specific terms control where they differ from these general website terms.
Payment processing
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. CYBERSIDE.AI does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers or card security codes on its own servers. Stripe's terms and privacy practices also apply to information processed through Stripe-hosted checkout and billing tools.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, CYBERSIDE.AI site content, original playbooks, design, and branding are owned by CYBERSIDE.AI LLC. Third-party product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Linking to or discussing a product does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
No warranty
The site and content are provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that they are error-free, current, or suitable for every purpose.
Limitation and changes
To the extent permitted by law, CYBERSIDE.AI is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on site content or third-party services. We may update these terms as the service, pricing, features, or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
