Refresh guarantee

The Top 25 publisher writes data/rankings.json once per day using scripts/refresh_ai_rankings.php. The feed declares refresh_interval_hours: 24 and max_stale_hours: 48. If the published ranking becomes older than 48 hours, the Top 25 page shows a freshness alert instead of pretending the data is current.

Recommended cron: run the publisher daily, and optionally run scripts/check_ai_rankings_freshness.php as a health check.
